Our delivery charges are Rs.249 only. And there are not any charges if you choose the Self PickUp method
We only deliver in the cities of Pakistan currently.
You can track your order now by logging into your DiscountOye Account.
You can cancel your order by calling us directly on our helpline at +92 333 431 8252. If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery and return it to our Rider. Our team will identify your order as canceled, and the advance payment will be reimbursed.
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The already made payments will be refunded to you.
We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the courier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund. The refund time varies with the method of Refund.
In case of order cancellation by Customer, Processing fee will not be refunded.
Please visit our login page. You will be given an OTP. Enter OTP. Click Register and fill out all of the required information. Your account has been created.
Click on the resend button and wait for sometime.
Providing an email is mandatory to create an account on Priceoye. You will be receiving your order details via email.
The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:
1. The product is different from what was mentioned on the website.
2. A defective/damaged product has been received.

You can only return the product if it is faulty.
It can take 5 to 7 working days for a refund or replacement.
For return pick up a CN will be shared with you via email and you will be requested to visit your nearest courier office to return the product.
Your return request would have been declined for following reasons:
1. No Unboxing Video
2. Issue not reported within 3 days time
3. Issue is not valid for return
Right now there are not online payment options, you can onlyu pay via COD.
You can pay for the product online as well as make payment on delivery.
You can make payment by using following options
1: Cash On Delivery
2: Self Pick Up
