We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returning your product and getting a refund.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
For damaged or defective products, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.

- Damaged or defective on arrival
- Dead on arrival (DOA)
- Product not as described
- Missing parts or accessories
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product used or packaging damaged
- Missing accessories or original box
- Serial number tampered or removed
- Software or digital products
Return Process
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must meet these conditions:
- Product must be in its original condition — unused and undamaged
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
- The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
- The product serial number must match our records
- For electronics, all factory seals must be intact
DiscountOye reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the product
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
